Having designed the product range in modular kit form, David Brown have established RMB SWIFT centres strategically positioned around the U.K. offering a service level second to none.
Customers can collect assembled products from any of the RMB SWIFT centres in 30 minutes of order or the RMB SWIFT centre will deliver to customers within their zone in less than 3 hours. Alternatively, we can deliver to agreed customer requirements. The facility offers instant drive solutions backed up by experienced technical sales and applications engineers.Customer requirements can be identified and satisfied within minutes. Designing the product range in modular sub assembly form has enabled a dramatic reduction in part count, reducing the inventory to be held but maximising availability. Each kit is individually packed and labelled for efficient inventory control. The principle kit parts are final reduction gearheads, primary gears and motor adapters, triple housings and a variety of ancillary kits such as output shafts, bolt on feet, output flanges, torque arms, etc - all designed to offer maximum number of variant solutions in the minimum of time.

David Brown Radicon have designed their SWIFT range of geared motors to provide U.K. Industry with their usual standard of quality and reliability. A key element in the design philosophy was to provide an engineering solution to instant availability and this is where RMB Group have proved to be an invaluable ally. The concept was to design the family of products using modular standard sub assemblies, SWIFT kits, than can be assembled in an infinite variety of combinations, ratios, mountings positions and types. The Radicon SWIFT kit principle was created. The product is also designed to accept standard IEC motors and to be dimensionally interchangeable with other leading European suppliers.
Having identified the required SWIFT kits using the SWIFT selection software, it only leaves the RMB SWIFT centre staff to assemble the final solution which only takes a matter of minutes. The SWIFT kits are pre-painted therefore the complete assembled solution is available for shipping instantly - no need for wait for pain to dry. Geared motors and reducers are available in foot, shaft and flange mounting options with output torque capacities up to 11,000Nm.
